Who are we?

This privacy statement provides information about the practices that Provad Oy applies to ensuring privacy protection. We represent Provad Oy, registered in Finland under the business ID 1856723-2, with the address of the company’s registered domicile being Itsehallintokuja 6, 02600 Espoo.

The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a new regulation applied in all European Union Member States as from 25 May 2018. The GDPR governs the processing of personal data and sets out requirements e.g. for information to be given to you as a data subject. Our first version of this privacy statement is ready in Finnish. The principles below shall be followed also in the future, but please be in touch, if you need more information regarding our processing before our English version of this page is ready.

Your privacy protection is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your right to privacy. In the following, we present the principles according to which we treat the information that we gather when you visit our website. How do we gather information about you?

(a) Information that you directly provide to us

We gather and process information about you when you provide such information to us by filling out forms on our website or by contacting us.
